Visit Southwood Christmas Shop
Our Christmas Shop is based inside Southwood Garden Centre in Cottingham, East Yorkshire. Visit us in person to explore our festive ranges and Christmas displays. Our Christmas displays are seasonal so be sure to check our Facebook page to see if they are set up before your visit.
Opening hours:
Monday–Saturday: 9:30am–5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am–4:00pm
Our phone line is open in line with these opening hours. During busy periods, particularly in the run-up to Christmas, our team may be assisting customers in store or on other calls, so please bear with us if we cannot answer immediately.

How do I get help with an existing order?

What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging so we can help as quickly as possible.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most of the UK, including Northern Ireland, although some areas have additional delivery charges. We do not currently ship outside the UK. See our Delivery Information for full details.
Can I visit the Christmas Shop in person?
Yes. Our physical Christmas Shop is inside Southwood Garden Centre in Cottingham, East Yorkshire. You are very welcome to visit during our opening hours.
When can I call you?
Our phone line is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30am to 5:00pm and Sunday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. At especially busy times it may take us a little longer to answer.
